At level five in the BG3 Rogue Build, you gain Uncanny Dodge, allowing you to halve the damage from attacks that land on you, improving your survivability. Additionally, your sneak attack damage increases to 3d6. The core gameplay remains the same as before, so continue focusing on increasing damage with better gear, arrows, potions, and poisons.

However, when considering higher-level performance, the Rogue and Thief subclass are among the weaker pure subclasses. Your power peaks from levels 1 through 5, and after that, it starts to decline. If your game reaches higher levels, you might want to multiclass this build into Ranger.
